This recognition, awarded by the Ottawa Business Journal and the Ottawa Board of Trade, marks our second consecutive year receiving this prestigious honor and reinforces our commitment to creating a supportive, innovative, and inclusive workplace for our team.
The annual awards program, which dates back almost 15 years, invites local organizations to complete in-depth employer questionnaires and conduct employee engagement surveys. Managed by the Workforce Research Group in partnership with OBJ and the Board of Trade, this year’s program saw dozens of organizations participate, with more than 1,300 employees sharing input. The top-20 companies are recognized as Best Places to Work.
